IndieChip Games is a trading name of Sait.Edu Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10546381). In this policy, "we" means Sait.Edu Limited. We are responsible for how your information is handled in IndieChip games, including Hiss Off Home.

The short version: we don't collect, store or share any personal information. There is no sign-in, and our games have no adverts, no tracking and no analytics.

What the game stores

The game saves your progress, level and high scores on your device only. We never receive this information. If you delete the game, it is deleted too.

What we don't do

We don't:

• ask for your name, email address, location or contacts
• use cookies, advertising IDs or third-party tracking tools
• sell or share information with anyone

Children

Our games are suitable for all ages. Because we don't collect personal information from anyone, we don't collect it from children either. We follow the principles of the UK Age Appropriate Design Code.

Contacting us

If you email us for support, we use your email address only to reply to you. We delete the email once your question is resolved, or within 12 months at the latest.

Your rights

You have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to ask what information we hold about you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If a game changes, for example if we add adverts or online leaderboards, we will update this policy before the change goes live.
